1. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are confirmed once a 50% advance is received. Bespoke designs require a signed brief and pricing agreement.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the delivery date receive a 50% refund. Within 72 hours, orders are non-refundable.
3. Customisation
We replicate references in our own style; exact copies are not guaranteed. Final design is subject to our artistic discretion.
4. Allergens
Our atelier handles dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts and soy. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
5. Liability
SUGARSPELLCO's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Privacy
Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share personal information.
